The NFCC is a group of non-profit counseling agencies here to help you evaluate your financial situation and identify solutions for your debt challenges. Whether it’s a Debt Management Plan, settling your debt, or filing for bankruptcy, our trained and certified counselors can identify the right solution for you.
What makes us different?

What does it cost?
Our counselors will provide a free counseling session to any Strategic customer. After your counselor has evaluated your situation and budget, the counselor will recommend solutions for your situation. While there may be modest fees associated with some solutions – such as a Debt Management Plan – any fees will be much less than what for-profit companies charge. As non-profits, NFCC Members will serve you even if you cannot afford to pay a fee.
Who we are.
The NFCC and our Member Agencies are independent, non-profit organizations. We are not affiliated with Strategic or its associated Law Firms in any way. We have been in business for over 70 years and are regulated by the federal government. Our Member Agencies are licensed in every state. We work with your creditors to find the right solution for your debt challenges.
