Should you be impacted by COVID-19 and need our support, we’re here to help. Effective Monday, March 9, 2020 for an initial thirty days, contact us for assistance with:

  • For Retail Bank Customers: Fee waivers on monthly service fees; waived penalties for early CD withdrawal.
  • For Retail Bank Small Business Customers: Fee waivers on monthly service fees and remote deposit capture; waived penalties for early CD withdrawal; Bankers available after hours and on weekends for support.

In addition, we have always on assistance programs, including:

Goldman Sachs (Apple Card)

Apple notified its Apple Card customers via email that any cardholder seeking assistance may enroll in a Customer Assistance Program, allowing them to skip March payments without accruing additional interest charges on their balances.

Synchrony

Synchrony, which issues retail credit cards for many popular national brands like Lowe’s, Sam’s Club and PayPal, is available to assist cardholders impacted by the coronavirus and will work with customers individually, according to a statement via email.

The Synchrony page states, “We are here to support you. However, to help limit the spread of the virus, we have reduced the number of our employees in our phone contact centers. We realize it may be difficult to reach us by phone and ask for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time.

We encourage you to use our digital servicing tools to:

  • Review your balance or recent transactions
  • Request a credit line increase
  • Make a payment or adjust your auto-payment
  • Complete other account service requests
  • Chat with our virtual assistant, Sydney
