2025 Creditor Survey
For the past several years, the NFCC Creditor Relations (CR) team has conducted a survey of all the creditors.
Since 2020, the survey has been completed by both NFCC and FCAA Member Agencies. We have made an effort to include any and all independent agencies for which we have contact information. We welcome all agencies in the credit counseling sector to provide input and complete this survey. All of the creditors are very interested in what you have to say.
You will note that we are asking for you to select the name of your agency as part of completing the survey. The purpose is so we can track that we receive only one response per creditor per agency. This tool does not allow us to track individual question responses with your agency name. The anonymity of your replies will be secured, so please be candid and fair in your comments. If you cannot find your agency name, please contact Alice Sweeney.
Note: To provide feedback for more than one creditor, simply complete your submission for one and submit. You will then be redirected to the survey to complete feedback for another creditor. You may provide feedback for as many creditors as you like. Your agency will be associated with each submission but will remain anonymous. Thank you!
