To ensure quality and consistency, all NFCC members are accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services (COA) (www.coanet.org) COA is an international, not-for-profit, independent accrediting body that has accredited or is in the process of accrediting 1,400 programs by the United States and Canada.  COA accreditation:

• Identifies organizations in which consumers can have confidence.
• Demonstrates accountability in the management of resources.

This industry specific accreditation ensures the agency is client focused and covers eight specific areas including quality assurance, financial management, governance and service delivery.
